This is a full time role based at 'The Barn', Joules' purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.

Our Location Market Harborough in Leicestershire is where Joules began in 1989.

This market town is home to the brand's Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants.

It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.

It is the perfect place to mix a rewarding career with a bit of well-dressed time off.

What You'll Do Build an understanding of 3rd party business and the different models and ways of working to enable alignment where relevant.

Become an expert in the E2E onboarding processes for each model; able to develop an understanding of new ways of working eg.

SFTP or EDI Grow relationships with internal teams at Next and Joules (for example Finance, Ecom, Warehouse, Ops) to help establish business needs and requirements and influence progression of new business projects eg.

Label+, Direct Dispatch, 2 man delivery and Dropship.

Improve operations and processes across the department for commercial gain; being able to spot growth opportunities and present innovative solutions.

Create new processes, workflows and blueprints for new ways of working in order to repeat roll-out.

Support flow of stock in and out of the business for License partners, Brands, International partners and Franchise partners; ensuring partners are aware of warehouse compliance, labelling, packaging etc Have a complete understanding of product operations, warehouse compliance, fulfilment & shipping.
