The National Sales Manager UK & Ireland will be responsible for driving growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts for Emersons Machine Automation Solutions (MAS). This role demands a proactive, growth oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while delivering world-class customer service. The successful candidate will leverage the full MAS portfolio to penetrate new markets, build strategic relationships, and execute winning strategies. While not essential, an understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and/or Information Technology (IT) is advantageous. This position offers excellent scope for career advancement within a high-performance sales culture. This is a fully remote based role and the successful candidate can reside anywhere across the UK or Ireland. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Achieve and exceed sales targets by winning new business and growing existing accounts in line with the area plan. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including emerging markets, new clients, and strategic partnerships.
