- Identifying opportunities to grow client engagement through upsell and cross sell of relevant solutions
- Turning data into clear, actionable insight and recommendations that support client decision making
- Leading regular client conversations and presentations, adapting your approach to different stakeholders
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast, keeping systems and stakeholders up to date
- Building strong internal relationships to ensure effective delivery and consistent client experience
What we're looking for
- Experience in a commercial, account management, consulting or insight-led role
- Exposure to selling or delivering data-driven, analytical or insight-based solutions
- Comfortable managing client relationships and contributing to commercial conversations
- Ability to communicate insight clearly and translate data into practical actions
- Experience working with retailers, FMCG, media, consultancy or insight-driven environments
- You don't need to come from a traditional sales background. What matters is your ability to build relationships, understand client needs and use insight to create value.
Why join dunnhumby
- Work with market-leading data, brands and retailers
- Gain exposure to complex client challenges and real commercial impact
- Develop consultative, commercial and insight skills in a supportive environment
- Join a collaborative culture that values curiosity, learning and delivery excellence
