At Argos, we're a digital-led UK retailer that keeps pushing boundaries to meet every generation with what they want, how and when they want it. As a market leader in general merchandise, serving millions of customers through our website, app, same-day delivery and Click & Collect services, we offer real opportunities to learn, grow and shape your career.

Behind every great customer experience are the processes that keep a business running smoothly. We're looking for a Process Owner to join our Commercial & Digital team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving some of our most important end-to-end business processes, working at the heart of a complex and fast-moving retail environment.

What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of key Commercial & Digital processes, ensuring they deliver against business objectives while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, support process improvements, and help embed new ways of working into day-to-day operations.
  • Support change initiatives, ensuring enhancements are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual activity.
  • Monitor process effectiveness using performance data and insight, identify future risks and opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of our operations.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple teams, creating effective feedback loops and ensuring alignment as processes evolve.

Who you are:

  • Enjoy understanding how things work and finding ways to make them better.
  • Commercially aware and naturally curious, comfortable navigating complex processes.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Motivated by making a tangible impact, driving continuous improvement and helping teams work more effectively together.

Essential Criteria:

  • Process management experience, including identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and digital business processes.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams.
  • Experience diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insight to support decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a broad range of teams whilst playing a key role in improving how the business operates. If you enjoy driving change, influencing stakeholders and making processes simpler, smarter and more effective, we'd love to hear from you.

We are committed to being a truly inclusive retailer so you'll be welcomed whoever you are and wherever you work. We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we'll also offer you an amazing range of benefits, including colleague discount, pensions scheme, life cover, performance-related bonus, annual holiday allowance, and employee assistance programme.
