Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as an SAP Development Consultant
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
- At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations
- Experience with developing offerings and go-to-market strategy
- Certified SAP BTP and SAP Business AI
- Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline, functional, technical, or project management
- Published at least 1 white paper or blog in the last 12 months
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with C-suite stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL
- Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation
- Be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required
- Govern the innovation funnel, ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation
- Manage 4 multi-million euro R&D projects and staff
- Work with the CTO on innovation strategy
- Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs
- Prepare and publish blogs and white papers
- Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new customer-requested features
