Requirements:
- 5β7 years of experience in product development for highly technical products.
- Experience in Product Management or a similar product development role at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts, including recent AI developments, to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences.
- A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- AI-related experience is preferred; product development experience for AI agents is a plus.
- Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
- An MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
- Experience in roles that interface with end customers to influence software development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with our engineers and customers to build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
- Engage with customers at all levels of their businesses to discover and assess their requirements.
- Prepare and present demonstrations of our agents.
- Address technical challenges in customers business processes by working with their technical counterparts.
- Develop and improve our virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers needs and business processes.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers and drive strategic technical strategies for them.
- Work with our engineering and product development teams to scope and implement features essential to our customers success.
