You'll help define Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays digital product strategy, alongside building and managing teams that create solutions that deliver the operational and financial targets of the business.
You'll also: - Lead a portfolio of product groups, owning the strategy, outcomes and execution of a digital product strategy for Jet2.Work closely with Directors within the business to align objectives and agree on digital product strategies with your domain. Be a part of the Digital Product leadership team, and as such will agree and communicate the team's priorities within your teams and within the business.
Work closely with counterparts in design, business analysis and software engineering to align product groups to deliver against the portfolio's objectives. Our Principal Product Manager will have a good understanding of working closely with UX design and software engineering leadership teams and have a strong record of working with senior levels to deliver commercial objectives of the business through digital products.
You'll also: - Have experience in managing and coaching product teams. Have a track record of shipping great products that users love. Have a good understanding of internal business processes, digital products and market landscape. Be an effective communicator at all levels and areas of the business with strong stakeholder management skills. Be an advocate for change, evangelise product management practices and support product-led culture across the organisation.
