As a Product Content & Merchandising Executive, you will take care of the online presentation of Jet2holidays' accommodation portfolio, ensuring high-impact imagery, accurate content, and seamless digital presentation that supports conversion and drives sales performance. This role ensures a high level of accuracy across all digital distribution channels that maximise visibility, customer engagement, and commercial results.
Please note that this role will be offered as a 20-month Fixed Term Contract to provide cover for a colleague who has been seconded to another department.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the online presentation of new and existing properties, including on-sale processing, image sourcing, amendments, content-related errata, and content tracking (e.g. photoshoot/renovation).
- Maintains key content trackers, ensuring accuracy across digital channels. Responsible for following up on missing or incorrect content as necessary to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Conducts website and merchandising reviews across the portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing actions where required.
- Manage ad-hoc content amendment requests from both external and internal sources, ensuring requests align with merchandising standards, customer experience, and trading priorities.
- Supports ad-hoc property content and merchandising actions as and when required.
- Strong digital merchandising and content management skills, including image processing and website updates.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and ensure high-quality, consistent content.
- Have a good level of creativity and accuracy in the English language.
- Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
- Experience and knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable.
- Occasional overseas travel may be required.
