In this role you will help to drive effective conversion through the development of impactful customer journeys that are relevant, personalised and continually optimised through testing. Supported closely by Adobe, and working closely with marketing, analytics and tech teams you will build new impactful campaigns, and use data insights and testing to help continuously improve existing journeys. From setting up new channels and supporting next best action decisioning that meets customer contact consent rules, you'll develop journeys in Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) that are relevant, follow consent rules, and are flexible enough to meet changing business and trading needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
  • Translate business needs into effective personalisation strategies.
  • Develop customer journeys using Adobe Target and AJO.
  • Operate as technical expert for Adobe Target and AJO, providing guidance on implementation best practices, data integration, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Design, build, and deploy personalisation campaigns within Adobe Target, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimal customer experiences.
  • Configure and manage Adobe Target and AJO activities, including A/B and multivariate testing, experience targeting, and product recommendations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Adobe Target, AJO and other marketing technologies.
  • Implement and maintain robust testing, tracking and measurement strategies within Adobe Target and AJO to monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and drive continuous optimisation.

What you'll have:

  • Proven experience in a MarTech specialist role.
  • An understanding of customer journeys, personalisation principles and execution.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to interpret results and inform data-driven optimisation decisions.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics, to measure and analyse campaign performance within the customer journey context.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs) to support technical implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on expertise using Adobe Target and AJO preferred but not essential.
