Join us and be part of something bigger. \n As a Tax Senior Associate at Kainos, you will support the delivery of tax compliance, reporting and advisory activity across the Group, working closely with the Group Head of Tax, internal finance teams and external advisers. \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n \n Work with external advisers and manage the tax compliance aspect of the Groups secondment process. \n \n \n \n Liaise with external advisers to manage with the Groups corporation tax compliance, including assisting with: \n \n \n \n Drafting half-year and year-end tax computations \n \n \n \n Prepare the tax notes for the group and subsidiary accounts \n \n \n \n Calculating quarterly payments on account \n \n \n \n Support with the workings that contribute to the annual RDEC claims / overseas equivalent claims \n \n \n \n Review of UK VAT returns on a quarterly basis and maintain payment and submission deadlines. \n \n \n \n Oversee the global VAT compliance, reviewing VAT returns prepared by local country advisers. \n \n \n \n Assist with maintaining compliant transfer pricing policy by preparing calculations based on existing transfer pricing policy/study. \n \n \n \n Liaising with the Payroll team to assist with tax compliance matters arising through payroll. \n \n \n \n Preparation of tax schedules, calculations and disclosure notes ensuring audit sign off and appropriate records are collated and maintained to support the tax provisions. \n \n \n \n Maintain awareness of tax developments internationally and implications for the business \n \n \n \n Assist the Group Head of Tax with ad hoc tax projects, e.g. M
