As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process.

The Global Security Operations Center is GSRS's 24/7 ecosystem for intake, triage, management and escalation of physical security incidents and threats.
As a GSOC Program Manager, you act as the focal point and principal enabler of program delivery at the regional level.
This role supports the GSOC Senior Program Manager (SPg M) with the delivery of multidisciplinary projects and programs spanning people, processes and technology.
As a critical enabler of the GSOC strategy and vision, the GSOC Program Manager must leverage a broad skill set across multiple complex workstreams while acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs impacting teams across multiple regions.
Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.
Preferred qualifications: Apply significant experience in vendor management and vendor performance management.
Ability to identify, build, improve, or optimize relevant business processes.
Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
Ability to analyse business objectives and strategies by proactively identifying impactful opportunities or gaps in systems and workflows.
High ethical standards with demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent judgement, discretion and diplomacy.
Responsibilities: Support complex cross-functional programs of work, leading both discreet projects and the local implementation of global initiatives as directed by the GSOC Senior Program Manager.
Drive operational excellence across programs through maturing project documentation, standardizing monitoring of key performance indicators, and effective knowledge management.
Maintain and develop cross-functional partnerships with key GSRS and external stakeholders, acting as regional representatives for GSOC programs.
Act as a liaison to partners and support the Regional SOC Manager to improve operational delivery through effective change management, communications and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to the GSRS mission to protect, sustain and enable Google's ability to thrive.
Cultivate team norms that foster psychological safety and mutual respect.
