Engineering Manager - Gloucester

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Technically credible, although not hands on, with FPGA and C++.
• Product delivery experience.
• Experience managing software engineering projects.
• Ability to qualify for full, unrestricted UK Security Clearance.
• Must be a UK national, either from birth or naturalised, and a permanent UK resident for the last 5 years.
• Due to security clearance requirements, dual nationals and non-UK nationals cannot be considered for this role.

• Lead the engineering of products that are recognised as best in class.
• Lead projects across our programme portfolio.
• Support one or two direct reports.
• Ensure the efficient and effective management of resources across time-constrained programmes.
• Direct multi-disciplined teams to develop highly complex products.
