About The Role
As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial insight, helping us understand performance and support smarter decision-making across our head office functions. What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years' experience as a Financial Analyst, with exposure to accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and actively progressing through your studies
- Strong working knowledge of management accounting processes, including variance analysis and reporting
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft D365)
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive, organised approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the financial performance of our head office functions, working closely with Finance Managers and stakeholders across the business.
- Producing monthly management accounts, including reporting and variance analysis for cost centres.
- Maintaining accruals and prepayments schedules, and completing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, including cost centre planning and consolidation.
- Delivering clear financial insights and reporting packs to support decision-making.
- Supporting business partnering activity, helping stakeholders understand cost drivers and performance.
- Assisting with payroll reconciliation, audit processes, and group reporting activities.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in reporting, processes and data accuracy.
