About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding personality in Executive / VIP Business Travel Consulting, who provides our executives and high-value clients with a true seven-star service experience. In this role, it is not just about bookings - Executive Travel is highly personalised, time-critical, and based on trust and relationships. You ideally bring experience from hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service and understand how contact centre operations work: If your service mindset, judgement, and attention to detail are right, we will provide the training.

Success in the Role Looks Like

  • You deliver seamless, proactive, and anticipatory support for executive and VIP travellers.
  • You act as a trusted advisor - not just as a booking agent.
  • You handle complex and last-minute changes calmly and professionally.
  • You consistently achieve strong CSAT scores while meeting productivity goals.
  • You demonstrate ownership, good judgement, and responsibility in every interaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-end support for executive and VIP business travel (flights, hotels, transfers, special requests).
  • Expert recommendations considering preferences, travel policies, and duty of care.
  • Quick, empathetic, and precise solutions for travel disruptions or emergencies.
  • Support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a dynamic executive care environment.
  • Deliver premium service while meeting KPIs such as productivity, handle time, and SLA.
  • Build long-term relationships through consistently excellent service.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain an elite service culture.

What You Bring

Must-have

  • Proven experience in high-touch premium customer service (executive travel, hospitality, aviation, luxury brands, etc.).
  • Understanding of contact centre metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and CSAT.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a confident, professional presence.
  • Calmness, decisiveness, and solution orientation under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and high attention to detail.

Nice-to-have

  • GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, C-level, or high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience with out-of-hours, follow-the-sun, or on-call travel support.

Your Personality

  • You are naturally service-oriented and think like someone from hospitality.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgement.
  • You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and confident in dealing with uncertainty.
  • Performance-oriented and economically minded - without compromising on service quality.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary plus participation in Perk.
  • Generous holiday days in addition to statutory holidays.
  • Choice between private health insurance or gym subsidy.
  • Life insurance for financial security of your dependants.
  • Legendary Perk events.
