Whatyou'llbe doing: Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), providing specialist knowledge and support across the business. Configuring,maintainingand optimising payroll schemas,rulesand system settings to ensure efficient andaccuratepayroll processing. Supporting quarterly releases, system upgrades and regression testing activities, ensuring new functionality is successfully deployed. Managing payroll-related incidents, servicerequestsand root cause investigations, drivingtimelyand effective resolutions. Supporting integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Financesystemsand third-party providers. Ensuring system security, audit controls, GDPR requirements and compliance standards aremaintainedat all times. Identifyingopportunities for automation and continuous improvement to enhance HR and Payroll processes and user experience. Producing and analysing payroll and system data,providingmeaningful insights to support business decisions and operational performance. Maintaining robust system documentation, knowledgearticlesand operating procedures to support governance and business continuity. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, externalvendorsand technology partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement. Whatyou'llhave:? Data analysis and reporting capability. Stakeholder management and vendor management experience. Provenexperience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll systems,processesand best practice. Experienceof system configuration, testing, releasemanagementand change control activities. Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data and insights. Strongstakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across multiple business areas. ??????? Qualifications: Relevant HRIS, Payroll or SAP certification desirable.
