Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)
- Strong background in programme and project methodologies such as MSP and PRINCE2
- Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
- Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes across complex environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM programmes
- Act as the primary client interface and build strong, trusted relationships
- Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
- Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
- Develop and manage robust programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology
- Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
- Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
- Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
