Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements:
- Fluency in core languages including Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or REACT, with the ability to pick up others quickly
- Understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and application development
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar is preferred, but not mandatory if you have a strong willingness to learn
- High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a proactive self-starting approach
- Ability to manage client expectations and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Flexibility and mobility to spend time onsite with clients and partners as required
- Eligibility to meet the stated security clearance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take significant individual ownership of client problems from end to end
- Deliver deep data engineering work using low/no-code Palantir Foundry tooling, Python, and PySpark code repositories
- Build user-facing front-end applications and widgets in TypeScript or REACT
- Sit directly alongside clients to understand their goals and translate requirements into stakeholder-appropriate communication
- Embed AI workflows into existing applications using tools such as AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE
- Contribute to Decho Labs by building internal products and sharing deployment learnings across the business
- Self-assign taskings and actively participate in teach-backs, tech reviews, and internal support channels
- Present demos, simplify complexity for non-technical users, and focus on delivering client impact
