Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, including use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Alteryx
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with management and other stakeholders to support business goals
- Prior experience in AI/ML and GenAI delivery in the financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a changing work environment
- Ability to execute tasks and effectively manage changes in plan
- Preferred knowledge of banking, markets, and trading
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and build of our AI/ML Governance executive management reporting and dashboards
- Roll out our AI/ML Governance processes by updating documentation such as procedures, charters, operating models, and job aids, and by developing and delivering effective communications and trainings
- Provide hands-on support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their understanding of and compliance with requirements
- Monitor compliance with governance and control requirements and engage stakeholders to remediate issues
- Partner closely with subject matter experts in AI/ML Data Science, Architecture & Engineering, and Data to identify areas for process improvement
- Help define and implement the strategic roadmap for firmwide and our governance tooling to enhance and streamline AI/ML governance
