We are looking for highly analytical engineers who excel at designing and building AI-driven solutions for complex enterprise problems. The role focuses on strong logical thinking, algorithmic problem solving, and system design to develop scalable AI-enabled capabilities across data platforms and applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full lifecycle of AI solution development - from problem formulation and model selection to system integration and deployment - while emphasising sound engineering principles and architectural thinking.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions to solve complex enterprise data and analytics problems
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured AI/ML approaches and algorithms
- Build scalable architectures for AI solutions, including model pipelines, data processing, and decision systems
- Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems
- Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies and frameworks to improve solution effectiveness
- Document solution design, assumptions, and algorithms for enterprise adoption
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- Experience in software development with additional experience on AI based frameworks
- Skills: Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical methods, and AI techniques
- Ability to design scalable AI systems and architectures
- Strong logical reasoning and mathematical thinking
- Exposure to AI assisted experimentation and evaluation frameworks
