We are looking for an outstanding personality in Executive / VIP Business Travel Consulting, who can provide our executives and high-value clients with a true Seven-Star service experience. In this role, it is not just about bookings - Executive Travel is highly personalised, time-critical, and based on trust and relationships.
You ideally bring experience from hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service and understand how contact centre operations work. If your service mindset, judgement, and attention to detail are right, we will provide the training.
- Support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a dynamic executive care environment
- Deliver premium service while meeting KPIs such as productivity, handle time, and SLA
- Build long-term relationships through consistently excellent service
- Proven experience in high-touch premium customer service (Executive Travel, Hospitality, Aviation, Luxury Brands)
- Understanding of contact centre metrics such as productivity, efficiency, and CSAT
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, C-level, or high-net-worth clients
