The Core Mission of the Sr Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Product team, your mission is to define and deliver products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organisations.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to solve complex customer problems, drive product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact.

Success in this role means balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities to build enterprise-grade experiences that accelerate growth and strengthen customer retention.

  • Product Ownership: Lead the discovery and delivery of data-centric features, ensuring high adoption of reporting tools
  • Outcome-Oriented Roadmap: Define and implement a roadmap backed by KPIs, focusing on data accuracy and user engagement with insights
  • Data Collaboration: Work daily with Analytics and Data Engineering teams; you should be comfortable reading raw data and translating it into a product vision
  • Cross-functional Follow-through: Partner with Engineering and Design for implementation, then align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure users understand the value of our insights
  • Customer Research: Conduct deep-dive sessions with B2B customers to quantify their data needs and translate them into feature requirements
  • Autonomy: Take full ownership of the product area, setting independent goals and priorities that align with the broader company vision
  • Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Sr Product Manager
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B Saa S Product, dealing with enterprise customers, Product Marketing, etc
  • Technical Data Skills: Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Agile Mastery: Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Communication: Superior ability to articulate data plans to non-technical stakeholders and translate complex "data-speak" into meaningful features
  • The ability to demonstrate knowledge of converting data to insights (be prepared to share a specific story on this)
  • AI Proficiency: Experience using AI for prompting, prototyping, and research; understanding of fine-tuning and human-evaluation on top of AI models
  • Adaptability: Agility in your way of working, with the ability to pivot based on data-driven insights
