- As a Sr BDR, your mission is to fuel our revenue engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the right prospects for our B2B solutions.
- You act as the first point of contact for potential customers across the DACH region, with a strong focus on the German market.
- Through structured research and targeted outreach, you help uncover new business opportunities and ensure we connect with organizations where Hack The Box can drive real value.
- Beyond outreach, you play a key role in shaping a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
- You drive high‑quality discovery, assess prospect needs, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute effective campaigns.

- You’ll join a diverse, international Sales Development function working across multiple regions, collaborating daily with the Global Head of Business Development, Regional Account Executives, Revenue Leadership, and Marketing & Rev Ops.
- Together, you’ll help build Hack The Box’s presence across Europe.
