As a senior account executive in our brand impact team, youâll play a pivotal role in executing high-impact publicity campaigns and influencer activations. Youâll work closely with account managers and directors to deliver outstanding results for our clients, leveraging your media contacts and influencer know-how across a range of exciting projects. Youâll work closely with clients to build brand relevance, inspire action, and drive measurable outcomes. Youâll collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, channel-first work that builds community and converts attention into results â including in the fast-evolving world of digital commerce.
Responsibilities
- Media relations & publicity: proactively pitch stories, news, and features to journalists and editors across print, digital, and broadcast media to secure standout coverage
- Influencer campaign management: identify, vet, and engage with influencers, creators, and talent to deliver brand campaigns that feel authentic and drive measurable impact
- Content development: draft compelling press releases, media materials, influencer briefs, and campaign reports
- Client liaison: support day-to-day client communication, provide updates, and help manage expectations on campaign delivery and results
- Event support: assist in the planning and execution of media events, influencer experiences, product launches, and press days
- Monitoring & reporting: track campaign coverage and influencer content, analyse results, and prepare insightful coverage reports for clients
- Team collaboration: work closely with other team members to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and contribute to new business proposals
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Some experience in a PR agency environment, ideally focused on publicity and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of the UK media landscape and proven track record of securing media coverage
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and managing relationships with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creative flair
- Confident, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for culture, trends, and the evolving influencer space
- Team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow
