We’re looking for an experienced Web Manager to oversee our global web portfolio, lead cross‑functional digital initiatives, support D2C and e‑commerce operations, and ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all web platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimise the content lifecycle across all company‑owned CMS platforms.
- Lead website improvements and new feature delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, work on roadmaps, solutions and support technical delivery.
- Use analytics to optimise customer journeys and conversion.
- Manage agencies, suppliers, and development priorities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and proven experience managing a high‑traffic or e‑commerce website.
- Ability to discuss technical issues with stakeholders around e‑commerce (Shopify), UX, SEO, accessibility, design, etc., and communicate these requirements to developers or third parties.
- Creative and innovative approach to service delivery, continually looking for ways to improve service to the business.
- CMS, SEO, and analytics knowledge; Google Analytics experience of tracking and analysing website traffic and user behaviour, including ghost traffic.
- Experience of managing the data privacy platform Osano.
- Solid understanding and experience of managing at least one of the content management systems (WordPress/Sanity) and familiarity with the Jamstack approach.
What we offer:
28 annual leave days per year, increases to 29 days after 2 years' service and goes up to 30 days after 5 years'.
