Avalon is a multi‑award‑winning talent management, television production and live promotion group with offices in London, Los Angeles and New York. Avalon, Artists Rights Group and The Agency together represent a diverse and distinctive roster of artists including actors, comedians, writers and directors, among them Academy Award, BAFTA, Emmy, Tony and Olivier Award‑winners.
This exciting 3‑month paid internship will provide you with a broad introduction to the industry. You will work alongside the core areas of Television, Distribution, Press, Marketing & Digital, Live and Business Affairs, gaining hands‑on experience and preparing for a career in talent management.
Responsibilities
- Gain key understanding into how the Management division works with other core areas of the business
- Support the wider talent management team across their daily duties
- Liaise with our Promotions/Touring department across our clients’ live work, including keeping a note of all gigs and payments
- Liaise with our Press team to update them on clients’ activities
- Accompany clients on shoots/TV recordings and live shows where applicable
- Organise client show industry invitations
- Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the office and administration
- Arrange client and directors’ travel and itineraries
- Monitor upcoming client appearances
- Invoice on behalf of clients and chase payments
- Attend staff training sessions and team meetings
