What you’ll be doing:

  • This role offers the chance to work across a broad range of genres, including crime and thrillers, romance and romantasy, celebrity-led and high-profile non-fiction.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own campaigns from acquisition to publication across print, digital, broadcast, podcast, and radio.
  • Raising author profiles; planning and delivering author events; presenting PR strategies to key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Building strong relationships with authors, agents, the media and trade.

Who we are looking for:

  • We’re looking for a publicist with proven experience, including running solo campaigns, and a proven track record of delivering commercially impactful, consumer-focused fiction and non-fiction PR.
  • Organised, confident and imaginative, you’ll have good media contacts and be comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, prioritising effectively and working calmly under pressure.
  • A team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you’ll also bring excellent social media expertise, confidence using Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint, and a genuine passion for commercial publishing and media.
