The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
This role offers the chance to work across a broad range of genres, including romance and romantasy, crime, celebrity-led, politics, history, human interest, sport and other high-profile non-fiction. The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own campaigns from acquisition to publication across print, digital, broadcast, podcast, and radio; raising author profiles; planning and delivering author events; presenting PR strategies to key stakeholders both internally and externally; and building strong relationships with authors, agents, the media and trade.
We're looking for a publicist with significant experience, running fiction and non-fiction campaigns, and a proven track record of delivering commercially impactful, consumer-focused PR. Organised, confident and imaginative, you'll have good media contacts and be comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, prioritising effectively and working calmly under pressure. A team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you'll also bring excellent social media expertise, confidence using Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint, and a genuine passion for commercial publishing and media. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Press Officer or Publicity Manager ready to take the next step.

The role will be based at our London or Sheffield office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
