The Non-Trade team is a results-driven and commercially focused team, working across all 10 publishing divisions in Hachette UK. This is a dynamic position with wide-ranging responsibilities and you will play a vital role in supporting on UK and International Non-Trade accounts. You will work closely with team members to provide day-to-day customer support and to ensure that customer administration is in hand, including managing projects from order to delivery, coordinating sales materials and preparing presentations. This role also offers you the opportunity to manage your own designated educational accounts as well as sales direct to schools.
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail who is comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be proactive, commercially aware and be able to communicate confidently with key internal and external stakeholders. You should also have a solid understanding and experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in a commercial, sales support, or customer service role would be an advantage and publishing experience and/or a passion for books is a plus but not essential.

The role will be based at our London office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
