Help deliver impactful digital marketing and email campaigns to grow audience engagement for high-profile artists and exhibitions.
White Cube is a leading contemporary commercial gallery which represents over 60 international artists and artist estates and has locations across three continents. With established galleries in London, New York, Paris, Hong Kong, and Seoul, White Cube has now expanded to New York. Since its inception in 1993, the gallery has exhibited the work of many of the world’s most highly acclaimed contemporary artists.
The role involves supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email marketing and website channels. The Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of digital marketing activities, helping to deliver campaigns that support audience development, brand awareness and commercial objectives across the gallery’s exhibitions, artists, publications and e-commerce initiatives.
This role will work closely with internal teams including Communications, Design, Artist Liaison and Sales, and will support the ongoing development and use of the gallery’s CRM and email marketing systems to help ensure effective audience targeting and engagement.
The position is suited to someone who is highly organised, data-driven and interested in developing a career in digital marketing within the contemporary art sector.
Job requirements
- Previous experience in acquisition digital marketing
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, search marketing and email marketing.
- Experience working with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or email marketing tools.
- Ability to analyse data and translate findings into clear insights.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (essential)
- Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar (desirable)
- Google Analytics or web analytics platforms (essential)
- Adobe Creative Suite basic knowledge (desirable)
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- Relevant digital marketing certifications are highly desirable, including but not limited to:
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video or Measurement)
- Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional
- CRM or email marketing platform certifications (e.g. Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Job responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of paid digital marketing campaigns across SEM, paid social and display advertising platforms.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in campaign set-up, targeting, budgeting and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics and optimisation opportunities.
- Coordinate creative assets and copy for digital campaigns with Design, Artist Liaison and Communications teams.
- Help identify new digital marketing opportunities, platforms or tactics that could enhance audience reach and engagement.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Assist in building and deploying email marketing campaigns using the gallery’s email marketing platform, ensuring alignment with the gallery’s marketing calendar and audience engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the Communications and Digital teams to coordinate the scheduling and delivery of marketing emails and newsletters.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in maintaining audience segmentation and ensuring that CRM data supports effective targeting and engagement across marketing campaigns.
- Provide operational support to Sales and Commercial teams in the setup and deployment of email outreach through CRM company system ensuring campaigns are correctly configured and aligned with internal best practices.
- Help coordinate audience lists and campaign setup for key commercial moments such as art fairs, exhibitions and other sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates and subscriber engagement across marketing and CRM channels.
Reporting and Analysis
- Compile regular reports on digital marketing activity across paid media, email and web channels.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in preparing reports for monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Analyse campaign data to help identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
- Monitor digital marketing activity across the art sector and competitor organisations.
