Step inside the world of talent representation, supporting actors and agents with casting submissions, self-tapes and industry showcases.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone, directing calls and taking and passing on messages promptly.
  • Submitting agents’ suggestions via Spotlight.
  • Helping agents with suggestions.
  • Reading scripts in order to create character breakdowns.
  • Downloading, uploading and editing self‑tapes and clips of clients’ work.
  • Giving out appointments for meetings and self‑tapes.
  • Filling out starter forms and helping agents sort out biographies and photos for programmes and marketing.
  • Keeping client CVs up‑to‑date on Spotlight.
  • Organising tickets for drama school showcases, drama school productions and client productions.
  • Researching, organising and booking travel and accommodation for agents.
  • Attending drama school showcases as required.
  • Attending drama school productions as required.
  • Attending client productions in London and sometimes out of town, as required.
  • Help with maintaining the company’s social media presence/updating website.
  • Coordinating ADR/post‑synch arrangements for clients.
  • Collating reviews and saving them electronically.
  • Electronic filing of client CANs, contracts, starter forms, reviews, etc.
  • Forwarding fan mail.
  • Making copious hot drinks.
  • Generally being a willing spare pair of hands wherever needed.
