We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation Marketing (maternity cover) to lead our strategic, data-driven marketing engine and drive qualified pipeline growth. You’ll oversee multi-channel campaign activity, lead a talented team, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate our commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own a comprehensive, data-led demand generation strategy
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners
- Oversee multi-channel execution: email, paid media, webinars, SEO/AEO/GEO, content syndication
- Optimise the marketing funnel for conversion and velocity
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams
- Manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle processes
- Report on channel performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Support trade team initiatives with strategic marketing plans
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability

- Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and multi-channel execution
- Highly data-driven with a focus on measurable impact
- 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven leadership experience

The role will be based at our London office, with a blend of in-office (Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays) and home-working (Wednesdays/Fridays) per week.
