University College School is seeking a creative and detail-focused Content Producer to join our Communications Department. The role involves creating high-quality, on-brand written and visual communications across school publications, the website, social media channels and press materials. The successful candidate will maintain a consistent and up-to-date brand voice that promotes the school, celebrates its ethos and highlights its distinctiveness.

Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident and creative in developing content across digital, print and social media platforms.
- Experience in marketing, communications or journalism, with an understanding of how to liaise with the press.
- An interest in education and awareness of issues relevant to the independent schools sector.
- Experience creating digital assets, brochures, presentations and event materials.
- Experience maintaining website content, with an eye for user experience, accuracy and SEO best practice.
- Ability to analyse website and social media performance using reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive) and confident in learning new software.
- Practical experience in photography and videography, including editing and asset management, is desirable.
- Positive, proactive and collaborative, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to build effective relationships with colleagues across the school and with external agencies.
