Design high-quality social, digital, and campaign assets across entertainment and gaming clients. Reach is a full-service creative agency specialising in the entertainment industries. Our authentic, content-first approach and obsession with quality have earned us partnerships with brands including Lionsgate, Netflix, Studiocanal, Sky and PlayStation.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer who’s excited to build their craft in a fast-moving, culturally connected studio. You’ll work across major entertainment and gaming projects, helping to create standout visual work for social, digital and campaign outputs. The successful candidate will bring strong visual instincts, a sharp eye for detail, a clear understanding of layout and visual hierarchy, and a genuine enthusiasm for design within fast-moving content environments.
This role is about more than just execution. You’ll contribute to creative thinking, respond to live briefs, and learn how great ideas evolve from concept through to delivery. This role offers excellent scope for growth. Working closely with experienced designers and the wider studio, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple formats while developing the speed, judgement and polish that define excellent agency work.
The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator with a strong creative instinct and an urge to learn. Adaptability is key, and you’ll be excited to absorb yourself fully into design culture. You love film, TV, and video games, and understand the fandoms they inspire. We’re not looking for the finished article – but we are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, endless curiosity for emerging visual trends across social media and entertainment, and boundless enthusiasm for the craft.
The role is full-time from our Bath office. We believe the most effective way for early-career designers to develop their skills is by working in person alongside the team, so we are not accepting remote applications for this position.

- Collaborate closely with video editors, producers, and client services to ensure cohesive outputs
- Support the wider studio with templated graphics, toolkits, and quick-turnaround requests
- Help maintain high visual standards and brand consistency across all outputs
