Step inside the world of talent representation, supporting actors and agents with casting submissions, self-tapes and industry showcases.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone, directing calls and taking and passing on messages promptly.
- Submitting agents’ suggestions via Spotlight.
- Helping agents with suggestions.
- Reading scripts in order to create character breakdowns.
- Downloading, uploading and editing self‑tapes and clips of clients’ work.
- Giving out appointments for meetings and self‑tapes.
- Filling out starter forms and helping agents sort out biographies and photos for programmes and marketing.
- Keeping client CVs up‑to‑date on Spotlight.
- Organising tickets for drama school showcases, drama school productions and client productions.
- Researching, organising and booking travel and accommodation for agents.
- Attending drama school showcases as required.
- Attending drama school productions as required.
- Attending client productions in London and sometimes out of town, as required.
- Help with maintaining the company’s social media presence/updating website.
- Coordinating ADR/post‑synch arrangements for clients.
- Collating reviews and saving them electronically.
- Electronic filing of client CANs, contracts, starter forms, reviews, etc.
- Forwarding fan mail.
- Making copious hot drinks.
- Generally being a willing spare pair of hands wherever needed.
