This role is responsible for conceptualising, developing, delivering and iterating assessment products and services for UK and international education markets. The Product Manager owns a defined portfolio of products, ensuring they meet the needs of schools and teachers, are commercially successful, and deliver value through ongoing development and improvement. This role acts as the voice of the customer, drawing on insights from research, data and market understanding to guide product decisions.
Working closely with platform, technology, editorial, sales, marketing and the product management teams, the Product Manager commissions and delivers new products, enhancements and product improvements, and ensures effective launches and ongoing performance. Success in the role means delivering high‑quality assessment solutions that drive sales, usage and retention, remain competitive in a changing education landscape, and genuinely support better outcomes for teachers and students.
We’re looking for a customer‑focused and commercially minded Product Manager with digital product expertise, ideally with a deep understanding of assessment product development. You’ll bring a clear understanding of how educational products and services are conceived, developed, delivered and continuously improved, and be motivated by improving outcomes for teachers and students through effective assessment solutions.
You enjoy working with insight and evidence, carrying out customer research, monitoring usage data and using market insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation. You’re confident working with digital development teams, translating customer needs into clear requirements, prioritising developments, and ensuring assessments deliver value, usability and measurable impact.
A collaborative and effective communicator, you’ll work confidently across functional teams, including editorial, platform, technology, sales and marketing, acting as the voice of the customer and supporting shared ownership of product outcomes. You’re organised, adaptable and resilient, able to manage multiple initiatives in a changing digital environment while maintaining focus on quality and delivery.

The role will be based at our London office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
