The Service Support Specialist is responsible for proactively interacting with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review and will be based in our Salford Quays office in Manchester, with opportunity to work remotely from home up to two days per week as per company policy.

In this role, a typical day will look like this:

  • Manage bespoke Case Management System
  • Create work orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Create offers for repairs and maintenance in our ServiceMax system
  • Create contracts for bench service
  • Investigate service finance queries, Create credit notes and re-invoicing
  • Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes and engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate

The essential requirements of the position include:

  • Fluent or native level in English
  • Prior 3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment, including experience working with various administrative systems and confident use of PC and software (Office package)
