Organisation Description: An outstanding opportunity to lead one of the UK’s most well-established and vibrant youth movements. Habonim Dror is widely recognised to be a growing and thriving organisation, successfully emerging from the pandemic.

Role: This is a full-time (significant part-time may be considered) charity leadership and management position requiring a flexible approach and involving hands-on management and oversight of all functions of the youth movement. Your role is to ensure that the charity runs smoothly and effectively, whilst encouraging and guiding our amazing four Movement Workers. Excellent operational and project management skills and experience required. Responsibilities include operations, finance, fundraising, day-to-day administration, strategic development, and working collegially and line managing our highly able and experienced Office Team.

Profile: You will be excited at the prospect of taking a key role in inspiring the next generation of Jewish youth and leading a charity in a dynamic and energetic setting; you will also be a passionate advocate for youth movement values; with an enthusiastic and flexible ‘can-do’ approach. You will be able to work and lead independently, with the encouragement of our dedicated and supportive Trustees to whom you will report.

Conditions: We are happy to consider applications from talented individuals keen to gain invaluable professional experience or established professionals bringing more extensive experience to the role. Full-time (significant part-time considered); based in north London; flexible approach to working hours required (and emergency contact); UK travel (the Executive Director will need to be available throughout our summer and winter camps); some home working can be discussed; salary £40-50,000 pa commensurate with experience and ability.
