Hablo is the global B2B travel trade engagement and training platform connecting destination management organisations (DMOs), airlines, hotels and travel suppliers with a global community of travel agents. We help our partners educate, engage and incentivise the agents who sell their destinations and products to build sales confidence and drive measurable commercial results. Founded in 2020, Hablo is scaling fast. We're the platform behind California Nova, built for Visit California and launching in Q4 2026 to replace their long-standing STAR programme. We've recently expanded into new international markets across Scandinavia, and we're actively growing our footprint across North America, Asia, Australasia and beyond.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid sales and marketing role at the heart of Hablo's growth. Reporting into the Head of Sales, you'll combine hands-on sales execution with marketing delivery that supports new product launches, brand campaigns and personalised user journeys across Hablo's online platform. You'll be a driving force behind how Hablo wins, retains and grows its client base as we expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • SALES EXECUTION
    • Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects across DMOs, airlines, hotel groups and other travel suppliers.
    • Support the Head of Sales with weekly pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting and clear reporting on deal progress.
    • Own an outreach cadence with prospects and clients monthly platform performance updates, quarterly case studies, and follow-up around major industry events (WTM, ITB, IPW).
  • MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS
    • Plan and execute marketing activity supporting new market launches and international expansion, from campaign materials and partner collateral to newsletters and press releases.
    • Develop content and campaigns for digital channels, particularly LinkedIn, to build Hablo's profile with DMO and travel trade decision-makers.
    • Support the creation of co-op partner and sales enablement materials used by the wider commercial team.
    • Bring digital marketing expertise such as SEO/ GEO, paid social, email marketing and marketing automation to improve how Hablo reaches and converts its target audience.
  • CLIENT & RELATIONSHIP ENGAGEMENT
    • Represent Hablo at trade events and industry conferences, building relationships with senior stakeholders at DMOs and travel suppliers.
    • Contribute to quarterly ‘Voice of the Client’ sessions, feeding client insight back into sales, marketing and product thinking.
    • Help maintain Hablo's reputation for being hyper-responsive to clients and the wider travel trade community.
  • EVENT MANAGEMENT
    • Own end-to-end delivery of Hablo Unplugged, our live events programme for the travel agent community. Currently around 7–9 events per year across the UK and Ireland.
    • Source and manage venues for each event, balancing location, capacity and cost within agreed budgets.
    • Drive agent recruitment and attendance. Building and maintaining invite lists, and following up personally to counter the industry-wide rise in no-shows.
    • Coordinate sponsors and suppliers on the day.
    • Support the evolution of the events strategy, including piloting more exclusive, reward-based formats for top-tier Club Hablo members.
    • Manage event logistics end to end. Run-of-show, supplier briefings, and post-event reporting on attendance and engagement.

  • A track record of hitting targets and delivering measurable commercial or marketing results.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
  • London-based preferred, with the ability to attend Hablo's office up to 3 days a week. Though we welcome applications from strong candidates further afield.
