About Habits

Habits is a science-led, chat-based platform helping people identify food intolerances, improve gut health, and personalise nutrition – all through iMessage. We combine a 3-week elimination diet, food & symptom tracking, AI pattern detection, and dietitian review. Our goal is to make gut health simple, safe, and effective.

The Role

We’re looking for a UK-based Registered Dietitian to support us as we build. You’ll help review user data, flag risks, and guide feedback as we refine the product. The position is an equity-based, early-stage role, ideal for someone who wants to shape a mission-driven startup and grow with us. Paid work may follow as the company grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Review client food and symptom logs (via dashboard)
  • Flag high-risk cases (e.g. ED indicators, unsafe symptoms)
  • Suggest improvements to our AI feedback and safety logic
  • Help shape personalised plans and insights
  • Optionally support content or community Q&As later

What We’re Looking For

  • UK Registered Dietitian (HCPC or AfN registered)
  • Experience with gut health, IBS, or food intolerances
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Interest in digital health and async work
  • A collaborative, ethical, science-first mindset

Compensation
