We’re looking for Mortgage Experience team members. Habito by Monzo is making it easier than ever to get a mortgage, with cutting-edge technology and a straightforward service that puts customers in control. We are looking for an energetic team member who is passionate about supporting customers through our online journey, either online or over the phone, which will result in them finding H.O.M.E.

More about what you’ll do:

  • Your role will be focused on outbound contact.
  • You will predominantly be proactively contacting customers to offer support and guidance through the Habito by Monzo online journey. This will be a combination of our retention database and customers who have spoken to a Mortgage Expert but not submitted a mortgage application.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contacting customers to guide them through the online journey, with the ultimate aim of getting them to provide everything needed to have a mortgage application submitted.
  • Being efficient, organised and managing numerous leads, diarising to contact customers at the appropriate time.
  • Creating a best in class advice service for all customers, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process.
  • Providing a 5-star customer experience throughout all interactions, putting the customer first & empathising with purpose.
  • Delivering a high-quality level of communication via phone.
  • Working closely with direct Ops colleagues to deliver the best results for the customer.
  • Proactively addressing bottlenecks & blockers that may arise in the process.
  • Adhering to quality & compliance standards.

The candidate will be:

  • Extremely organised & proactive.
  • Experienced in a similar outbound contact role.
  • Want to work as part of a team to achieve what is best for our customer.
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Eager to help us disrupt the mortgage industry & continually improve.
