We’re looking for an enthusiastic and commercially-minded paralegal to join an innovative and technology-driven business offering first-class residential conveyancing services. We are looking for a paralegal to help build and grow our in-house conveyancing practice. Our cutting-edge technology helps streamline the conveyancing process, enabling fee earners to do their best work and keep clients and third parties updated throughout the transaction.
You will support the fee earners in all areas with their busy conveyancing case load, offering both administrative and legal assistance including file opening, communicating with clients, and progressing the transactions. If you’re motivated by a challenge, this is the place for you.

- Support the Fee Earners in administrative and legal tasks
- Communicate with customers and ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
- Post completions experience is desirable, but not required
More about you:
- You will have knowledge of Land Law
- Experience in working in conveyancing (preferable)
- You will enjoy thinking creatively about traditional concepts and have the ability to work efficiently and proactively, taking the initiative and managing time well to prioritise work
- You will have great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
The experience is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.
