This part-time role (21 hours per week over three varying days) focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high merchandising and safety standards.
You will lead and motivate volunteers, coordinate stock, process donations, handle cash, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
