This is an exceptional opportunity to join Habitat for Humanity Great Britain at a pivotal moment in our growth. To do this, we are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial and relationship-driven Head of Corporate Partnerships to lead the next phase of our corporate fundraising journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will lead our corporate partnerships function, driving significant income generation to support our mission. Joining us at a pivotal time, you will be tasked with delivering £1.3 million in corporate income and £500,000 in new business during your first year, personally generating a six-figure income and building multi-year partnerships with influential companies. You will oversee and directly manage the development and delivery of our high-value corporate partnerships strategy, building on existing foundations and creating new opportunities that your team can maximise. Initially, you will have two direct reports, the New Business Manager and the Volunteer Co-ordinator, but it is envisaged that your team will double in size to four individuals as our charity continues to grow.

A key element of your success will be the ability to offer compelling opportunities for corporations to support housing, climate resilience, community development, employee engagement and international volunteering. The scale, reach and impact corporate partnerships can generate will represent a winning proposition.

Who We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of securing six-figure+ corporate partnerships, including complex, strategic and multi-year deals
• Significant experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships or business development within a charitable or similar environment
• Demonstrable success in building and converting high-value pipelines
• Experience leading complex negotiations and engaging senior stakeholders
• Experience leading high-performing teams through growth, change or transformation
• Commercial acumen, with the ability to align corporate objectives with social impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
• A data-driven, delivery-focused approach, with a proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious income targets
