Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in their lives. As a Residential Support Worker, you will assist in implementing care plans, providing support, and ensuring the well-being of the children under your care. - Communicate effectively with families, providing updates on their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.

- Engage in activities that promote learning and development, including play-based learning and educational outings.
- Drive children to appointments or activities as required, ensuring safe transport at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working with children
- Highly empathetic and knowledge of the impact of trauma on children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans is beneficial.
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and communicating via digital platforms.

- A valid UK driving licence is preferred for transporting children as needed.
