At Haberdashers' Girls' School, outstanding pastoral care and student wellbeing are central to everything we do. We are seeking an organised, proactive and compassionate Attendance & Pastoral Administrator to join our Senior School team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who is passionate about supporting young people and ensuring that every student feels safe, supported and fully engaged in school life.

Working closely with the Deputy Head Pastoral and wider pastoral leadership team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining accurate attendance records, supporting safeguarding procedures and helping to promote excellent attendance across the Senior School. As the first point of contact for many attendance matters, you will build positive relationships with students, families and staff while ensuring that attendance procedures are managed efficiently, sensitively and in line with statutory requirements. The role also includes supporting the wider Senior School Office and providing reception and administrative cover when required.

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 3.00pm, including a 1 hour lunch break. Flexibility may occasionally be required to support the needs of the school. This role is term‑time only.
