At Habs, we empower people to make a profound impact — and we’re seeking a proactive, people-focused HR Business Partner to play a key role in supporting our exceptional staff community. This is more than an HR role; it’s an opportunity to shape the experience of colleagues across our schools, ensuring they have the support, policies, and culture needed to thrive. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams, providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, rewards, and policy development, all while fostering an inclusive and high-performing environment.
As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with the Heads, Senior Management Team, and line managers, offering best-practice advice on everything from talent strategy and capability management to flexible working and organisational change. You’ll also lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions that align with our values and policies.
This role would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take their first step into Business Partnering. You’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive impactful HR initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment.
