Haberdashers' Elstree Schools are seeking to appoint a highly organised, warm and professional Assistant Registrar to join our Admissions team. Reporting to the Admissions Registrar, you will be responsible for the smooth end-to-end customer journey for your entry points, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and high standards of Habs Elstree.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for prospective families, responding promptly and warmly to enquiries and providing clear, accurate information.
- Managing applications, interviews, assessments, offers and joining documentation.
- Building strong relationships with families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date admissions records in line with departmental policies and timescales.
- Requesting pupil references from feeder schools and preparing offer letters and joining documentation.
