To apply for this role you need to hold a recognised TA qualification/certification. We are looking to appoint a brilliant SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team at Crayford Primary. This is an opportunity to become a part of a forward-thinking team where you can develop your skills as a valued member of our support staff.
You must have the skills needed to work with SEND children; the ability to plan and deliver bespoke interventions; and the ability to manage the different behaviours that each child exhibits at any given time.
Our school is proud to host a dedicated Resource Provision, giving our staff access to high-quality training, specialist expertise in SEND, and strong professional support. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced practitioners to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact on pupils with a wide range of needs.
This collaborative environment ensures you are well equipped, well supported, and continually growing in your practice. We will expect you to promote an inclusive culture through Crayford Primary enabling all children to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation.
This role is for 35 hours per week, offered on a 44-week (term-time only) contract.
