We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and inspirational leader to take on the role of Assistant Principal – Inclusion & SENDCO, a highly valued and visible position within our Academy. This is a unique opportunity to champion SEND and Inclusion at a whole-school level, shaping provision and driving change that ensures every learner has the opportunity to thrive.
As our Assistant Principal for Inclusion, you will play a central role in our senior leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of the Academy and working closely with staff, families, external agencies, and, most importantly, our students. You will lead a proactive and ambitious Inclusion team, and be supported in your role by a Deputy SENDCO, allowing you to focus on driving long-term improvement while ensuring that all statutory responsibilities are robustly met.
