We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing International company with a friendly and inclusive culture. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales executives and specialists who play a vital role in the pre‑sales process. You must have 5‑7+ years experience in a managerial inside /field sales role within a B2B company.
Technology Industry experience/knowledge is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of 6+
- Delivering key sales targets and new opportunities
- Support the performance of the sales team
- Support sales team regionally
- Ensure tasks are up to date and on track
- Customer engagement and first point of contact
- Review and qualify leads
- Capture market segment and customer insights
- Work closely with internal partners, marketing team and customer support
Qualifications / Skillset
- BA/BS / Master’s Degree preferred
- 5 – 7 year experience in a similar role
- Technology industry knowledge/experience advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Inside Sales/ field sales within a B2B company
- CRM knowledge – preferably Salesforce
- Comfortable selling/marketing advanced technology solutions/products
